UCHAD Creators Terms of Use

These Creator Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of creator-branded experiences, creator AI services, creator websites, creator dashboards, creator content, and related services operated by UCHAD and Promi LLC ("UCHAD", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any creator-branded UCHAD experience, including creator websites, creator AI coaches, creator assessments, creator subscriptions, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

3. Creator Experiences

Certain experiences are personalized using content, educational materials, guidance, recommendations, opinions, or training data provided by creators who partner with UCHAD.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Creator content reflects the views and opinions of the creator;
• Creator content does not necessarily reflect the views of UCHAD;
• UCHAD does not independently verify all creator-provided information;
• UCHAD makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or outcomes of creator content.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence technologies.

AI-generated outputs may include:

• Assessments
• Analyses
• Reports
• Recommendations
• Coaching responses
• Personalized plans
• Progress insights

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete;
• AI-generated content may contain errors;
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice;

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not provide refunds for the current billing period except where required by law.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers including Stripe. UCHAD does not store complete payment card information. You agree to comply with applicable payment provider terms and conditions.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests are governed by the UCHAD Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws;
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others;
• Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service;
• Reverse engineer the Service;

UCHAD may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, AI systems, platform infrastructure, trademarks, branding, designs, and intellectual property associated with UCHAD remain the property of UCHAD or its licensors. Creator-owned content remains the property of the respective creator. Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights in UCHAD intellectual property.

13. No Guarantee of Results

UCHAD does not guarantee:

• Personal transformation
• Relationship outcomes
• Dating success
• Confidence improvements
• Fitness outcomes
• Financial outcomes
• Appearance improvements
• Attractiveness improvements
• Personal achievements
• Specific life results

Individual results vary significantly. Success depends on many factors beyond UCHAD's control.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UCHAD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY. UCHAD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UCHAD, PROMI LLC, THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, AND CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL UCHAD'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO UCHAD DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UCHAD, Promi LLC, creators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of third-party rights.

17. Termination

UCHAD may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms;
• We believe termination is necessary to protect users or the Service;
• We discontinue part or all of the Service.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming, United States.
